The AD823AARMZ is a precision dual JFET input Operational Amplifier manufactured in the extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process. It has true single-supply capability with an input voltage range extending below ground in single-supply mode. Output voltage swing extends to within 17mV of each rail for IOUT<=100µA, providing outstanding output dynamic range. An offset voltage of 700µV maximum, an offset voltage drift of 1µV/°C, typical input bias currents of 0.3pA and low input voltage noise provide DC precision with source impedances up to 1GR. The AD823A provides 17MHz, -3dB bandwidth, -110dB THD at 20kHz and a 30V/µs slew rate with a low supply current of 2.6mA per amplifier. The AD823A drives more than 1000pF of direct capacitive load as a follower and provides a linear output current of 40mA, 0.5V from the supply rails. This lets the amplifier handle a wide range of load conditions.
