The LTC6259ITS8#TRMPBF from Linear Technology is a 1.3MHz, 20µA power efficient dual rail to rail I/O operational amplifier (op-amp) in 8 pin TSOT-23 package. It is unity gain stable with or without capacitive loads. The device features 1.3MHz gain bandwidth product, 0.24V/µs slew rate while consuming only 20µA of supply current per amplifier operating on 1.8V to 5.25V supply voltages range. The combination of low supply current, low power, low supply voltage, high gain bandwidth product and low noise makes LTC6259 unique among rail to rail input/output op-amps with similar supply current. This op-amp is ideal for power efficient applications. It can be used as plug-in replacements for many commercially available op amps to reduce power, improve I/O range and performance. It is used in micropower active filters, battery or solar powered systems.

• Maximum input offset current of 75ns, input noise voltage of 2µVP-P (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz) at VS = 5V
• Input voltage noise density of 38nV/√Hz (f = 1KHz) at VS = 5V
• Input current noise density of 500fA/√Hz at f = 1KHz, VCM = 0V to 4V (VS = 5V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
