The MAX4678EPE+ is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. Each switch can handle rail to rail analogue signals and the off leakage current is 0.1nA at +25°C. This switch is ideal in low distortion applications and it is a preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment. The MAX4678 has low power requirements and require less board space. It is more reliable than mechanical relays. This devices feature a separate logic supply input that operates from +2.7V to V+ allowing independent logic and analogue supplies. It is used in audio signal routing, ADC systems, data acquisition systems, digital card applications, single ended 75ohm systems, PBX and PABX systems.
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 11V, ±2.7V to ±5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Four normally open (NO) switches
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible
- Maximum on-resistance of 2.7ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Crosstalk of -84dB at f = 1MHz and off isolation of -65dB with f = 1MHz (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 0.15ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 0.25ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
- -3dB bandwidth of 63MHz with single supply
- Charge injection of 9pC at CL = 1nF (single supply)
