The MAX4514CSA+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a low voltage, low on-resistance, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 8 pin NSOIC package. It is a single pole/single throw (SPST), CMOS, low voltage, single supply analogue switch with very low switch on-resistance. This single supply analogue switch can operate continuously with single supply between +2V and +12V. It can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C or 20nA at +85°C maximum. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using +5V supply. The MAX4514 is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards modems, cellular phones, modems.
