The MAX4731EUA+ is a 50 ohm, dual SPST analogue switch in 8 pin µMAX package. This analogue switch operates from a single supply and handles rail to rail analogue signals. When powered from a +3V supply, switch features 50 ohm (max) on-resistance (RON) with 3.5ohm (max) matching between channels and 9ohm (max) flatness over the specified signal range. It exhibit low leakage current (0.1nA) and consume less than 0.5nW (typ) of quiescent power making it ideal for battery powered applications. It is also used in low voltage data acquisition systems, cell phones, communications circuits, audio/video signal routing and PDAs.

- On-resistance matching of 3ohm (max) at +5V

- Crosstalk of -108dB at 1MHz
- Off-isolation of -72dB at 1MHz
- On-channel -3dB bandwidth is 300MHz
