The ADUM7642CRQZ is a 6-channel Digital Isolator based on iCoupler® technology. It offers space savings and a lower price than 2.5 or 5kV isolation solutions when only functional isolation is needed. The isolator offers very low power consumption, using one-tenth to one-sixth the power of other digital isolators, with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0 to 5.5V. Despite the low power consumption, it provide low pulse width distortion (<6ns for C grade) and a channel-by-channel glitch filter to protect the device against extraneous noise disturbances. Four channel direction combinations are available with a maximum data rate of 1Mbps or 25Mbps. This has a default output high logic state in the absence of input power.
