The LM2901MX is a quad Voltage Comparator designed to operate from single power supply over a wide voltage range. The device features 2 to 36V wide range of supply voltage, 800µA typical low supply current drain and 25nA typical low input bias current.

- Low output saturation voltage
- Output compatible with TTL, DTL and MOS logic system
- ±2.3nA Low input offset current
